By registering an account or using any feature of the BurryBot AI platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
BurryBot AI provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows businesses to embed AI-powered chat widgets into their websites. The service includes:
You must register an account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false information.
New accounts begin in an inactive state. To activate your chatbot, a monthly subscription of ₹99 (INR) is required. The subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; your bot remains active until the end of the current billing period. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All code, designs, branding, and documentation on the BurryBot AI platform are the intellectual property of BigBurry Hypersystems. The content you configure (system prompts, FAQs, company info) remains your own. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process and display it solely for delivering the service.
BurryBot AI uses Google Gemini AI for language model inference and Razorpay for payment processing. These services operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not liable for their availability, accuracy, or actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BigBurry Hypersystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
