BurryBot AI ("we", "us", "our") is a product of BigBurry Hypersystems, Angamaly, Kerala, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at burrybot.bigburry.com.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name and email address.

Configuration Data: We store the information you enter in the developer portal — company name, system prompt, FAQs, allowed domains, theme preferences, and your Gemini API key (encrypted at rest).

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We store only the Razorpay order ID and payment ID for our records. We never store your card number, CVV, or bank account details.

Chat Data: When end users interact with your embedded chatbot, messages are sent to our backend proxy and forwarded to the Google Gemini API. We do not permanently store conversation messages.

Usage & Log Data: We may collect server-side logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, and HTTP status codes for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To deliver and operate the chatbot service.
To process payments and verify activation status.
To send transactional emails (OTP, password reset, notifications).
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
To improve our platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:

Google LLC — Chat messages are processed by the Gemini API to generate responses.
Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. — For payment processing.
Our hosting provider — Your data resides on servers within our hosting infrastructure.
Law enforcement — When required by applicable law or valid legal process.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and configuration data for as long as your account is active. Chat messages are not permanently stored. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and restricted database access. While we strive to protect your data, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged into the developer portal. This cookie is essential for platform functionality and is not used for tracking or advertising.

7. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.

8. Children's Privacy

BurryBot AI is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us data, we will delete it promptly.
